Making a Purchase
All jewellery is made to order. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse my store, select a style of jewellery that you like from the gallery, select a crystal from the list at the top of the gallery and send me an order request. I can of course help you choose if you message me.
For cards, the cards in the gallery are all ready made to sell, but I also make cards to order and have a wide range of images and styles in stock if you would like to request a card for that special person or event.
For all orders I will send you the amount plus postage and packaging in an email.

Payment
Online payments are all through PayPal, you don’t need a PayPal account to order, payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard or Switch using their secure checkout process. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£).
Postage & Packaging
I package all jewellery in a gift box & pouch with an explanatory leaflet inside. I post all jewellery and cards in a padded envelope via standard 2nd class post.
Postage & Packaging is from £3.80 per parcel to UK mainland and from £5.80 for international orders. If yours is a particularly large order this cost will increase, but I will tell you via email before sending an invoice. For any international post I will inform you of the cost when I send your quote depending on destination.

Delivery Schedule
As I make everything to order this can take a few days for more intricate items.
-Please note that during busier times it is possible that up to a 2 week delay may occur for despatch of your order.
Orders are generally despatched within 5-10 business days and sent via Royal Mail Second Class post or Airmail dependant upon weight and order value and destination.
You must inform me within 7 working days if goods are lost or damaged in transit so that I can send out a replacement or refund.
By placing an order with me, you agree that proof of delivery supplied by Royal Mail is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to me. If you have cause to return your order, please take note of the return information provided below.
Please note: Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting me by email. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. An exception to this is custom orders made especially for you so please be sure of your order, as once you pay you cannot cancel.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so please make sure to take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when I am at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods must be returned in saleable condition.
These terms apply to an order placed at this time. I reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will automatically apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
